This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a Cold Konnect subscription, what happens after cancellation, and how partner listings are handled. It complements our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Cancelling a user subscription
- Open the User App → Account → Subscription → Cancel renewal.
- Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- You can re-subscribe at any time. A new 90-day free trial is not available on re-subscription.
2. Cancelling a partner subscription
- Open the Partner App → Account → Subscriptions → tap the listing you want to cancel → Cancel renewal.
- Cancellation is per-listing. Cancelling one cold storage or one truck does not affect any of your other listings.
- The listing remains visible to users until the end of the paid period.
- IoT hardware (gateway, sensors, GPS trackers) remains the property of the partner / device vendor and is not collected back by Cold Konnect unless contractually required.
3. Effect of cancellation
- End of paid period: the listing is unpublished from discovery. Telemetry data continues to be retained per the Privacy Policy.
- Lead inbox: the partner retains read-only access for 90 days for reference / record-keeping.
- Active leads: any user interactions in flight at the time of cancellation are preserved and notified to both parties.
4. Cancellation by Cold Konnect
We may cancel or suspend any subscription, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe the account has:
- Provided false KYC information.
- Violated our Terms of Service or applicable law.
- Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unsafe conduct.
- Damaged the integrity, reputation or safety of the platform.
In such cases refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Account deletion
Cancellation suspends future billing but does not delete your account data. To permanently delete your account and associated personal data, email info@coldkonnect.com from the registered mobile number / email with subject “Account Deletion Request”. Some statutorily required data (tax records, KYC) is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
