This Refund Policy describes when and how Cold Konnect Tech Solutions (P) Ltd issues refunds for subscription fees collected via the Cold Konnect User App and Partner App. It complements our Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy.
1. What we charge for
Cold Konnect only collects payment for:
- User subscription — ₹499 + GST per year, after the 90-day free trial.
- Partner subscription — Cold Storage — ₹25,000 or ₹40,000 + GST per cold storage per year.
- Partner subscription — Fleet — ₹3,000 or ₹15,000 + GST per truck per year.
- Partner subscription — Marketplace Vendor — ₹9,999 or ₹15,999 + GST per business per year.
- Partner ad placements — per the rate card emailed at the time of booking.
We do not process payment for any transaction between a user and a partner. Such transactions are negotiated and paid directly. We are unable to refund them.
2. Refund eligibility
2.1 User subscription
- Within 7 days of first paid renewal: full refund, no questions asked. Email info@coldkonnect.com from the registered mobile number / email.
- After 7 days: non-refundable. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
2.2 Partner subscription
- Before listing goes live: 100% refund minus payment gateway charges (~2% of transaction value).
- After listing goes live, within 14 days: 50% pro-rata refund of unused period, minus device costs (if hardware was shipped).
- After 14 days: non-refundable. You retain access until the end of the paid period and may cancel renewal anytime.
2.3 Hardware / IoT device fees
Device costs included in the Cold Storage tiers are non-refundable once the device has been shipped. Devices found defective on arrival are replaced free of charge under the vendor's standard warranty.
2.4 Partner ad placements
Cancellable up to 48 hours before the campaign live date. After that the booking is non-refundable.
3. How refunds are processed
- Email info@coldkonnect.com with subject “Refund Request — <your name>”. Include your registered phone number and Razorpay payment ID.
- We acknowledge within 2 business days and complete review within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank turnaround may add 2–3 days.
4. Failed transactions
If your account is debited but you do not receive a subscription confirmation within 30 minutes, the transaction is treated as failed and Razorpay will reverse the charge automatically within 5–7 business days. If the reversal does not happen, contact us with the Razorpay payment ID.
5. GST
All refunds are issued exclusive of GST. The GST component is settled via the next applicable tax filing cycle.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to info@coldkonnect.com with the subject “Refund Escalation”. Disputes are governed by our Terms of Service — Hyderabad, Telangana jurisdiction.
