What if I add a second cold storage mid-year?
A new Razorpay mandate is created for that storage at the chosen tier — prorated. Each storage stays on its own renewal cycle.
Can I cancel one truck without affecting others?
Yes. Cancellations are per-listing. The cancelled subscription runs to the end of its paid period.
Is GST included?
No — all prices are exclusive of GST (18%). Invoices issued via Razorpay carry your business GSTIN.
Are there transaction fees on deals?
Zero. Cold Konnect never takes a cut of partner-user transactions. We earn only on subscriptions and partner ads.
